Delta to Fly Airborne Magnetics-Radiometrics at Telwa-Gada U Project, Niger

Delta Exploration Inc. ("Delta") is pleased to announce that UTS Geophysics Pty Ltd of Perth, Australia has been contracted to fly a low-level airborne magnetics and radiometrics survey over Delta's 100% owned Telwa-Gada Uranium Project in Niger, West Africa. A total of 12,411 line kilometres are planned with the survey expected to commence around December 7, 2008. SRK Consulting will supervise the program.

SRK Consulting conducted a field program at Telwa-Gada during October 2008 consisting of geological mapping and ground radiometric geophysical surveying. During the October field visit SRK identified a number of structures and zones similar to those found elsewhere in the region and known to host economic concentrations of uranium. Airborne geophysical data collected by UTS will be combined with geological and ground radiometric data to generate an exploration model to identify high-priority targets within the project area.

The Telwa-Gada Project encompasses 1941.2 km2 in the southern part of the Tim Mersoi Basin in central Niger. The basin hosts 3 producing uranium mines including Somair and Cominak, near Arlit and Imouraren 100 kilometres northwest of Agadez. Niger is the fourth largest producer of uranium in the world with a well-developed mining infrastructure.
