MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2015) - TomaGold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LOT) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that IAMGOLD Corporation ("IAMGOLD") will start a new drilling program on the Monster Lake project located some 50km southwest of Chibougamau, Quebec.
Starting before the end of September 2015, the 4,000-metre drilling program will test the Upper 325-Megane Zone and will include a few infill drill holes on the 325-Megane Zone. As access conditions permit, additional holes will be drilled around hole 147 which intersected in the north extension of the Monster Lake Shear Zone 3.41 metres grading 4.51 g/t gold and 10.72 metres grading 3.64 g/t gold in the last winter drilling program. The program will also test, for the first time, priority targets on the Lac-à-l'Eau-Jaune property, which is adjacent to Monster Lake and situated on a parallel structure. This new drilling program is a follow-up to the mapping, geophysics and trenching (results pending) campaign completed during the summer of 2015.
