TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Ariana Resources plc ("the Company"), the gold exploration and
development company focused on Turkey, announces, for the purposes of
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services
Authority, the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital
consists of 250,965,008 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1p
each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares").  The Company does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  Therefore the total number of
Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 250,965,008.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 250,965,008 Ordinary
Shares and this number should be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial
Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Please note that the issued share capital figure, which appeared in the
Issue of Equity announcement released on 21 April 2011 at 17:00,
contained a typographical error and therefore was incorrect and should
be disregarded.

About Ariana Resources

Ariana is an exploration and development company focused on epithermal
gold-silver and porphyry copper-gold deposits in Turkey.  The Company
is exploring a portfolio of prospective licences selected on the basis
of its in-house geological and remote-sensing database, on its own in

75km, are presently being assessed as to their economic merits and now
form part of a Joint Venture with Proccea Construction Co.  The total
resource inventory of the Company stands at 448,000 ounces of gold
equivalent. 

Ariana also has a strategic investment in Tigris Resources Limited
(www.tigrisresources.com), a private Jersey-based exploration company,
which is focused on the exploration of copper and gold deposits in
southeastern Turkey.  Ariana retains 15% of Tigris Resources Limited.
