SMITHS FALLS, ON , April 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Tweed Marijuana Inc. ("Tweed" or "the Corporation") (TWD.V) has granted an aggregate of 250,000 options to purchase common stock to an officer and a director of the Corporation to be vested in accordance to the terms of the Corporation's Option Plan.

All of the foregoing options shall have an exercise price equal to $2.11 per share, the closing price per share on the TSX Venture Exchange the day prior to the options being approved by the Corporation's Board of Directors.
