INCA PACIFIC UPDATE

Just a quick update regarding Inca Pacific:

1. On February 15th we announced an $8 million dollar financing, which
the company hopes to close on or around
March 7th.

2. The company is approximately 75% finished with the Final (Bankable)
Feasibility Study and it should be announced by September 2007.

3. I am attaching an updated fact sheet on the company.

4. And finally, Mark Turner, a Peru resident, and a Latin America
equities analyst at Hallgarten and Company, has given Inca Pacific a
write-up in his February report (please see attached article).

Inca Pacific will be in Toronto March 4th thru the 7th for the PDAC
convention. Please come by our booth # 2305.
