|
The Morning Star Dyke contains multiple auriferous quartz reefs, some of which produced high grade gold of over 40g/t Au. Around 10% of the gold produced at the Morning Star was contained in sediments rather than dyke, mostly at the dyke contact or nearby. The Morning Star Dyke supported a mine over 25 Levels of roughly 100 feet per level but the dyke is open both at depth and width
