Reliance on Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) Financial Reporting Relief
ASIC Corporations (External-administration) Instrument 2015/251 temporarily relieves companies from certain financial reporting obligations for 6 months following the appointment of Administrators.
We advise that the Administrators will rely on Instrument 2015/251 to relieve the Company from certain financial reporting obligations until 17 May 2016.
We also note that a further extension of the relief beyond 17 May 2016 may be sought, if required.
