APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Hill End Gold Limited (ASX:HEG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Philip Bruce as Executive Chairman of the Company.
Mr Bruce has over 30 years' experience in the resources industry at a senior management and corporate level and in project optimisation, development and operations. He is also a non-executive director of ASX-listed Bassari Resources Limited and Latrobe Magnesium Limited.
He will continue his role as Managing Director of the Company and, as part of a restructuring of the Company, his service agreement salary has been reduced to $250,000 per year.
