| Extract Resources (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd has entered into a farm-in joint venture agreement with West Africa Gold Exploration (Namibia) P/L (WAGE), in respect to the mineral rights on the Husab EPL 3138 located in Namibia. Under the terms of the JV, Extract can earn a 51% interest by expending A$400,000 on the project, within a 18 month period. |

The project is located approximately 40 kilometres east of the coastal city of Swakopmund within the central zone of the Damara Orogen, and covers an area of approximately 555 km².

The Ida Dome/Welwitchia locality was explored for uranium mineralisation during the period 1974 to 1981 by subsidiaries of Anglo American Corporation of South Africa, following the discovery of the nearby granite hosted Rossing uranium deposit.

There are a number of radiometric anomalies and known uranium occurrences within, and in the general area of the EPL. The licence holds potential for both primary uranium mineralisation and secondary calcrete hosted uranium mineralisation.
