received the following notification of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:  

On 24 March 2009 Sprott Asset Management Inc acquired an indirect interest in 6,900,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the acquisitions by the following Funds, of which Sprott Asset Management Inc is the portfolio manager:

On 24 March 2009 Sprott Canadian Equity Fund acquired 2,461,200 Ordinary Shares; Sprott Bull/Bear RSP Fund acquired 345,800 Ordinary Shares; Sprott Hedge Fund LP acquired 1,215,600 Ordinary Shares; Sprott Hedge Fund LP II acquired 1,283,400 Ordinary Shares; Sprott Master Fund Limited acquired 961,500 Ordinary Shares; Sprott Master Fund II Limited acquired 416,500 Ordinary Shares and two Sprott managed accounts acquired 98,800 Ordinary Shares and 117,200 Ordinary Shares.

Accordingly Sprott Asset Management Inc now has a total indirect interest in 6,900,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 5.9% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and 5.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
