Try not to forget that most of the Constitution is null and void thanks to the same people who swore an oath to up hold it. It was a contract between the peoples government and the people. They (the puppets of government) broke that contract, they broke Obligation of Contracts. Article I Section 10.
But wait they (the puppets of government)were not a state they were the federal governemnt, so by all rights the states still up hold the constitution because they have to follow Obligation of Contracts. Article I Section 10.
Ohh never mind because some of the States wanted to succeed from the union as the constitutional contract they signed states they can. We all know what happened to that contract clause don't we?

The debtors have no money but they have millions of guns try to remember.
