Sunridge Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “Sunridge”) (SGC: TSX.V/SGCNF: OTCQX) announces that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. (“Renmark”) to assist with the Company’s investor relations programs.

“Now that Sunridge is well financed and is anticipating the start of production next year this is the perfect time to reinforce Sunridge’s profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of the Asmara Project. The Company has retained Renmark at a monthly fee of $7,000, on a month to month basis with 30 days notice starting on September 1^st, 2014.
