All of this OTC swaps and interest rate fixing, is just a way to transfer wealth from the people to the banks. The FED. & Treasury are the main fixers, that by not paying real rates they are taking 400 billion a year from savers to the Banksters. They are not only taking your money from Negative interest rates, but the inflation is also Killing your purchasing power. This house of Cards must fall. and maybe get back to Constitusional Money that Banks can't create with a pen.
