UPDATE ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANNUAL REPORT
As advised on 1 October 2015 CuDeco Limited (ASX Code: CDU, CuDeco) deferred the issuing of its year-end accounts until it completed an assessment of the carrying book value of its Rocklands Group Copper Project (Rocklands).
This assessment is expected to be completed this week which will allow the Company to complete the audit of its June 2015 Financial statements.
As a result of this delay the Company will be sending out its Annual report by 10 November 2015 and plans to hold its Annual General Meeting on 14 December 2015 on the Gold Coast.
