Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Sydney: 19 August, 2016. IOT Group Limited (ASX: IOT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nigel Harvey as an Independent, Non-Executive Director.
"Nigel's appointment as an Independent, Non-Executive Director provides greater balance to the IOT Board at a very exciting time for the company. He brings a wealth of experience both in Australia and abroad and has a clear passion for our products and the sector we operate in" said IOT Chairman, Scott Brown.
Mr Harvey has been an independent consultant and Director for the last decade after previously working for two decades in corporate finance and the financial and commodity markets for The Chase Manhattan Bank, Barclays Bank, JPMorgan Chase (Director - Head of Asia Pacific Energy Derivatives) and latterly Macquarie Bank (Division Director - Energy Markets). He has experience as an ASX NED, Chairman of a not for profit, and has had consulting roles in commodity and financial market risk management and financial services compliance for a variety of clients. He holds a wholesale advisory AFSL.
