("Torch" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:WNF)(PINKSHEETS:TORVF) announces the cancellation of the annual and special meeting of Torch shareholders which was scheduled to be held on July 31, 2013 and expects that a revised date for the annual and special meeting of Torch shareholders will be announced in the coming weeks.

With reference to the press releases dated April 30, 2013 and May 16, 2013 the Company also wishes to announce that the 1.7 million options granted to Mr. Paul Ogilvie under the Company's stock option plan have been cancelled effective immediately.
