VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 7, 2011) - Duncastle Gold Corp. ("Duncastle") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:5D3) reported today that it has extended the term of 9,364,639 share purchase warrants for a period of one year as set out in the table below:

The extension of the warrant expiry dates is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
