(TSX VENTURE:FCV) ("Focus" or the "Company") is pleased to report that it has received the Prefeasibility Study (PFS) for the Bayovar 12 phosphate project in northern Peru. The PFS has been delivered to the minority shareholders and vendors of the Bayovar 12 concession before the end of 2015 as per the joint venture agreement, thus avoiding any penalty payments. |
