NEW NADINA INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
May 6, 2008: New Nadina Explorations Limited (the "Company") reports that further to the April 30, 2008 announcement, the undertaking has been increased from $250,000 to $300,000. The amended issuance will be 1.5 million units at a price of $0.20 per unit, with unit terms as previously announced.
There are no finders� fees associated with the private placement. The share price at the close of trading on May 5, 2008 was 21.5 cents.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for continued exploration on the Company�s Monument diamond project at Lad de Gras NT and general corporate funds.
