Tad Receives Conditional approval for Terra Firma option

TAD Mineral Exploration Inc. (�TAD� or the "Company") (TJ�TSX Venture) wishes to announce it has received conditional approval for the option agreement entered into with Terra Firma Resources Inc dated January 10, 2013.  Final approval is contingent on final documentation to be received by the TSX Venture Exchange and Terra Firma receiving shareholder approval for the transaction. 

Recently TAD acquired approximately 4000 hectares (9885 acres) of land prospective for uranium in the Athabasca Basin (the �North Patterson Lake Prospect�).  This new prospect is in the vicinity of the recent discovery at the Patterson Lake South prospect of Alpha Minerals Inc and Fission Energy Corp.  Management plans to mobilize crews shortly to start work on this prospect.
