Due diligence on Agenda complete
The Company is pleased to advise that due diligence for the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Global Agenda Technologies Pty Ltd (Agenda) is complete and both the Board and Agenda have determined to proceed with the acquisition.
Notice of meeting
In line with the indicative timetable, a notice of meeting seeking shareholder approval for, among other things, the acquisition of Agenda has today been dispatched to shareholders and follows this announcement.
