SRA director W. Shaver resigns to join DMC Mining Services division of FNX

TORONTO, ONTARIO. September 17, 2008. Strategic Resource Acquisition Corporation ("SRA") announced today that Mr. William M. Shaver has resigned as a Director of the Company. Mr. Shaver, former Vice-Chairman of SRA, advised the Company of his appointment as President of DMC Mining Services (formerly Dynatec Mining Services), a wholly owned division of FNX Mining Company Inc. and operator of SRA?s Mid-Tennessee zinc mines. Victor Wyprysky, CEO of SRA, commented that ?the SRA Board joins me in thanking Bill for his contributions to date and we wish him every success in his new position.?
