Masuparia Adds to its Saskatchewan Mineral Holdings

Masuparia Gold Corporation (TSX.V: MAS) ("Masuparia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a recent acquisition to its mineral exploration holdings in the Province of Saskatchewan. The Company has three projects, Preview Lake, North Lake and Greywacke Lake, in the La Ronge gold belt which are part of the 50/50 LRSGJV with Golden Band Resources. The Company was successful in acquiring a new claim through the new map-staking process in the Province of Saskatchewan. Claim MC00001303, which totals 2946.97 ha, is situated immediately south of the Company's Greywacke project and to the east of the Roy Lloyd mine of Golden Band Resources.

The property is considered prospective for gold mineralization due to neighbouring deposits and favourable geology. The attached figure presents the location of the property.

Under the terms of the Company's JV agreement with Golden Band Resources, a 50% interest in the property has been offered to Golden Band. The Company is awaiting a decision from Golden Band regarding participation.
