Anselmo, James F. Dixon and Stuart C. McCulloch were re elected as members of the Company's board of directors by over 90% of the votes cast at the Meeting. The Company's shareholders also re appointed Berkovits & Company, LLP as auditors of the Company at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
