BALTIMORE, Jan. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Petroleum & Resources Corporation (PEO) declared a dividend of $0.10 per share, payable March 2, 2015, to shareholders of record February 12, 2015, consisting of $0.02 net investment income and $0.06 long-term capital gain realized in 2014, and $0.02 net investment income realized in 2015.
