The La Ventosa property covers 101 sq. km. in south central Oaxaca State, Mexico approximately 200 km east-southeast of the state capital Oaxaca City and 15 km northwest of the city of Juchitan. Infrastructure in the project area is very good via multiple paved roads, highways and has rail lines within 20 km of the property.

| History of the La Ventosa Project |
|
The La Ventosa property has small mining areas where material (road metal) has been extracted from small borrow pits. For the several small working areas on the property, the history is anecdotal and provided by people in the local communities.

| Geology of the La Ventosa Project |
|
|
The alteration seen is typically associated with hydrothermal systems and is seen as silicification (locally
jasperitic) and argillic alteration with iron oxide staining and alteration also present. Clays, quartz vein stock works and box works are seen (likely after pyrite) and there is also minor carbonate alteration.
