History of the Mt. Penck Project
The Mt Penck property covers part of the Mt Penck volcano in West New Britain Province, PNG. The general area has been explored since 1968 but prospects in the current licence were not discovered until 1985 – 1990 when BHP found the Kavola prospects. Several million dollars have been spent on exploration since then.
