Under the terms of a purchase agreement signed on November 6, 2001, the Company has acquired a 50% interest from SOQUEM Inc. In order to maintain this interest, the Company must disburse 50% of exploration costs incurred by SOQUEM Inc.

The property is located 115 km north of Chibougamau, in the Clairy Township and is accessible via highway 167 linking the city of Chibougamau and the James Bay hydroelectric complex.
