| The Kalgoorlie Nickel Project commenced in January 2005 as a joint venture in which LionOre Australia Pty
Ltd (“LionOre”) obtained the right to earn 60% of the nickel rights held by Jackson Gold Ltd (“Jackson”) under
several projects. As part of the transaction completed last year with LionOre, Breakaway acquired LionOre’s
right to earn into the nickel rights. |
