Lidge is located approximately 390 km north of Matagami and 1187 km northwest of Montréal or roughly 1370 km northeast of Toronto, within NTS map sheet 33C/03. The property is 108 km west of the Eau Claire gold deposit at Clearwater and 107 km southwest of the Roberto gold deposit.

| Geology of the LIDGE Project |

The project is located within the Eastmain Greenstone Belt, an east-west trending Archean volcano-stratigraphic sequence. The property straddles a major regional contact between mafic volcanic rocks to the south and felsic volcanic rocks to the north.
