Millstream Cuts 8.65 Metres of 3.20% Copper, 2.03% Zinc, 0.112% Cobalt
Within a Larger 38.6 Metre Interval of 1.88% Copper, 1.17% Zinc, 0.044% Cobalt in Drill Hole S-07-13
at its Potter Property in NorthEastern Ontario

October 11, 2007, Toronto, Ontario, Millstream Mines Ltd. (MLM-TSX-V; NJD- Frankfurt) reports that it has intersected an 8.65 metre interval of 3.20% copper, 2.03% zinc, 0.112% cobalt and 0.94 opt. silver contained within a mineralized core length of 38.6 metres having a weighted average grade of 1.88% copper, 1.17% zinc, 0.044% cobalt and 0.55 opt silver in Drill Hole S-07-13. S-07-13 (Az 5.00, Dip -60.5) was positioned at the same collar area of Drill Hole S-07-11 (Az 5.00, Dip -58.5) being the same azimuth but steeper (see PR Sept. 20, 2007). A detailed accounting of the assay returns from S-07-13 with S-07-11 are as follows:

The calculated vertical distance of the massive sulphide intersections between Drill Hole S-07-13 and that of Drill Hole S-07-11 is 38 metres of which the wide mineralized envelope is hosted by the past mine sequence basalt hyaloclastite.

The large mineralized envelope being identified below the past mine workings has not been explored to any extent in the upper areas surrounding the past mine workings. Management and its consultants see no geological reasons why this large mineralized horizon does not exist or extend upwards thereby inviting the prospect of discovering massive sulphide zones both to the north and to the south of the zones developed and mined in the past.

Millstream's drilling program continues to expand the "stacked" mineralized massive sulphide zones located at the Potter Property. The past producing property is found in the highly prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in the Kidd-Munro Assemblage near the town of Matheson in north eastern Ontario, Canada. The Potter volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type deposit is located midway between the Kidd Creek VMS deposit and the Horne VMS deposit with their respective smelter complexes.

Sample preparation and analyses f or this release were conducted by Swastika Labs in Swastika, Ontario on split drill core supplied by Millstream. Dave Gamble, P.Geo. and Edward Bettiol, P. Eng,  both consultants of Millstream, are the Qualified Persons as described in National Instrument 43-101 for the Potter Mine Project.
