The Hen property is located about 16 kilometres southeast of the Boss Mt. molybdenum mine and 57 kilometres northeast of 100 Mile House in the South Central Cariboo region of British Columbia, Canada.

The Hen property was first staked in 1993 after the discovery of gold in rocks beside a new logging road, and has been held continuously, with over $200,000 expended on the property.
