African Metals’ concessions cover 14 kimberlite pipes, of which 5 are diamondiferous. Kimberlite pipes are the main source of diamonds

| History of the KENIEBA SUD Project |
|
A total of 95 diamonds have previously been found and documented in western Mali of which 74 were macrodiamonds and 21 of the macrodiamonds were one carat or greater.
In African Metals’ Kenieba Nord concession, 7 diamonds between 34 and 232 carats have been previously found in alluvium or stream deposited material.
