JNR will hold a 40% interest in the project and will retain a 2% NSR on the Bell Lake and La Rocque Lake claims. Denison will hold a 60% interest in the project and act as project operator. The Ward Creek claims are also subject to a 2% NSR, payable to a third party.
Location of the Bell Lake Project
The Bell Lake project is located in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan, some 50 to 75 kilometres northwest of the Rabbit Lake mine and within 5 kilometres of Cameco's La Rocque Lake uranium zone.
 
History of the Bell Lake Project
