The gold zone at Berry Creek appears to be fairly shallow, dipping at 29°- 43°. The drilling was carried out near the mining community of Snow Lake, the home of an established infrastructure and an experienced workforce near the former producing New Britannia gold mine.

The Berry claims cover favorable geology in the vicinity of the Chisel Lake Mine, 6km southeast of Snow Lake. The intrusive Sneath Lake pluton, located to the east of the property, dominates the geology in the area.
