The Curie property is located within the Wernecke Mountains, 190 km north-northeast of Mayo and 500 km north of Whitehorse, Yukon.

History of the Curie Property Project
Exploration in the late 1970's identified radioactive surface showings, radioactive float trains, and substantial radon and uranium geochemical anomalies in soils. At the Deer 1 prospect, a 1.8-m wide shear zone returned a historical assay of 4.5% U3O8 over 0.6 metre.

Geology of the Curie Property Project
The Curie project is considered prospective for high-grade, unconformity-related uranium deposits (Athabasca Basin style) as well as breccia complex (Olympic Dam/IOCG style) uranium deposits.
