The Sedibelo project was acquired in the Placer Dome transaction in 2006 and is a large PGM project located on the western limb of the prolific Bushveld Complex in South Africa about 200 kilometres from Johannesburg. The area has a long mining history, excellent first-world infrastructure and a deep pool of skilled labour from surrounding platinum operations.
