Location of the Marietta Project
The property is located in the prolific Walker Lane Mineral Belt of West Central Nevada, where past production has yielded more than 35 million gold equivalent ounces.

History of the Marietta Project
Mineralization was discovered in what became the Marietta Mining District in the 1860’s, making it the third oldest mining district in Mineral County. Approximately $2 million in total production in silver, lead, copper, gold, and tungsten was reported by 1939.

Geology of the Marietta Project
The Walker Lane is characterized by northwest trending en echelon right-lateral strike-slip faults that have tilted and rotated structural blocks throughout its extent. There are a number of mining districts and mineral deposits located within the Walker Lane Structural Zone including the Comstock Lode, Tonopah District, Goldfield District, and the Rawhide, Paradise Peak, and Bullfrog Mines.
