Chris Vermeulen joined “The Ticker” on Yahoo Finance yesterday afternoon to discuss Europe’s COVID shutdown, election day and how safe havens are performing in this volatile market. “There’s a lot of uncertainty, but money is definitely looking for the next area to move,” The Technical Traders Founder and Chief Market Strategist Chris Vermeulen says. “At this point, it’s still tech and biotech stocks.”  Tech heavy indexes SP500 and NASDAQ continue to outperform the stock market while the majority of other stocks still are well below their highs in February.
