It is just state sanctioned extortion. Same as Obamacare pay the insurance company or pay the state because we ( the mobsters) passed a law saying we can extort money from you one way or another. Government is the ultimate Mafia, pay or else. Unbelievable that it actually has to go to the supreme court too!
