>A Hole in the Head  - James Howard Kunstler -
What's similar about Harding and Trump is they're single purpose presidents. Harding was a crook up there with the best of them and his marching orders when elected were to get as much money into the pockets of the already wealthy any way he could. Trump's no different except for his presence in the electronic age which enables him to siphon more of our wealth into the pockets of his friends and acquaintances, special interests and those still hanging about with their hands out from the days of ole Hank the Yanker Paulson. Oh, those politicians were so scared! when The Yanker told them they would have to give their banker friends a trillion dollars to prevent our country from falling apart!!! As I write this Trump is still in the set-up stage of his hustling con and when he finally reaches the take down end game there will be some irresistible, completely and absolutely irresistible national emergency that will result in heavily laden trucks, ships and aircraft carting what remains of our wealth into the hidden/disguised depositories of his cronies and friends. Some claim Trump has no respect for traditions. I disagree. He is maintaining in fine style some of America's longest standing traditions!
