How far above the law can Banks go before they will be brought to account, besides a fine that is considered a cost of doing business?

Its a good question.

Apparently 'the buck stops' with Eric Holder and his Justice Department.  And the other day Mr. Attorney General Holder said that considerations other than criminality, including brazen and repeated offenses, inhibit the Justice Department from doing their jobs.

And since Eric Holder is Obama's hand picked representative, the offensive corruption in the financial sector is a direct result of his policies, and he has no one else to blame.

And there it is: the credibility trap.

Liz, its not wrong because,
“Whoever controls the volume of money in our country is absolute master of all industry and commerce…and when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.” – President James Garfield, 2 weeks before his assassination.
Nathan Rothschild said (1777-1836): "I care not what puppet is placed on the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man who controls Britain's money supply controls the British Empire and I control the British money supply."
Rockefeller said: "Competition is a sin". "Own nothing. Control everything". Because he wants to centralize control of everything and enslave us all.
Amsel (Amschel) Bauer Mayer Rothschild, 1838:
"Let me issue and control a Nation's money and I care not who makes its laws".

They have been making the laws since 1913 the secret in government and finance no one will admit to.

Use the most powerful military on the planet to end this criminal enterprise or continue to be slaves to the gangsters who control and create the worlds money.
Not a hard choice?

Yeeeouch !!!
Ted Butler has astutely made the connection between the "Too big to jail/prosecute" and the silver manipulation allegations against JPM et al. Clearly, the "too bigs" have a green light to do as they please, at least until they are unable to supply physical, and that is the event that will bring them seriously unglued.
