My recommendation is that everyone carry a mini copy of the constitution (available at various web sites) with them when they travel and be ready to cite the 4th amendment when confronted. Maybe after this happens a few hundred times a day at multiple locations, somebody will start to get the message. Regardless, its a solid rebuttal whatever the effect.
