Assuming this evil action was politically motivated rather than accidental, I wonder why the question of motive is not raised? Who, if anyone had most to gain?
My guess is the US/Ukraine. Putin seems too smart to pull such a politically stupid stunt, knowing he would most certainly get caught. Alan
