I liked the use of the self-actualization chart within the context of politicians and their motives. It probably applies to many in Hollywood as well.

There seems to be a dearth of truly ethical thinkers in any leadership positions. The political process does not accommodate them, given that it is such a dirty game. How many have the resources to make their influence felt? How many have the stomach for it?
