(TSX-V: ARR) ("Arco" or the "Company") announces that it has extended the expiry date of its unexercised share purchase warrants, issued April 25, 2011 (the "Warrants"), to October 31, 2013. The extension, which is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, applies to the 8,000,000 Warrants still outstanding.
