Despatch of Prospectus
The Directors of Monto Minerals Ltd advise that the non-renounceable entitlement issue Prospectus has been despatched.
The non-renounceable entitlement issue is on the basis of three (3) Shares for every eight (8) Shares held by those Shareholders registered at the Record Date at an issue price of $0.001 per Share to raise up to $500,415. Further, for every two Shares issued there will be a free attaching option exercisable at $0.00111 on or before 31 December 2017 (Offer).
