WASHINGTON -- The Senate on Monday rejected an effort to reduce tax-related paperwork for businesses when lawmakers couldn't agree on whether they would make up the revenue the new requirement was expected to produce.

Terible. Businesses, especially American businesses have already yards of paperwork to submit, this will only strengthen the underground economy in the US. Ia mnot living in the USa, I am not American but I have done your CPA exam. This failure to reject this needless burden is an insult to all busness owners, especially small businesses.
