Lapse of Unlisted Options
HRL Holdings Ltd advises that all of the 1,615,385 unlisted 30/11/15 $0.52 options have now lapsed and have been cancelled.
Following the cancellation of the options the only security the company has on issue is 158,903,031 Ordinary Shares - ASX code HRL.
Attached is an Appendix 3Y in relation to the option lapse for Dr Mark Elliott.
