Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base") advises that all resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting and considered at the General Meeting of Base shareholders held today were passed on a show of hands. The Notice of General Meeting was lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange on 5 June 2015.
